PlateStream Violet HS
Production high speed metal CTP solution
 Platestream® VioletHS is a manual load-unload CtP engine specifically designed for the high performance plate market. The new, super fast, Platestream® Violet HS is the latest platesetter to be designed, developed and produced by HighWater Designs in Cheltenham. The Platestream® Violet HS has a 36,000 rpm air bearing spinner which images at an impressive 18mm per second. This means that a GTO size plate can be imaged in less than 20 seconds. Printware expects that users will comfortably achieve 50 plates per hour including loading and unloading time.
Printware’s PlateStream® RIP Software will be included with the package as standard. The PlateStream RIP makes life easy for operators
with its clear user instructions and operator status feedback. With at a glance multiple views, it is a powerful and highly effective tool in the plate
production process.
